It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a glam make up look, and what better occasion than for celebrating my one year BLOG ANNIVERSARY! My first year of beauty blogging has gone so fast, and I’ve enjoyed every single moment! For today’s makeup I wanted to do a pink monochromatic look and add in some glitter liner because..why not!Monochromatic looks are about using one colour in all different variations, which is a great way of making sure everything ties together. Starting off with the eyes I used my Bronx colors burlesque palette, taking the 3rd shade which is a nice warm transition colour for the crease. I also ran that along my lower lash line. For the lid colour I used Bronx colors single eyeshadow in Burgundy. I also took a little bit and ran it on the lower lash line. I used NYX glam liner in Nude along the top lash line, winging it out at the end. To make sure my false lashes blended in I used Bronx colors black gel liner thinly below the glitter line, then applied Ardell demi wispies lashes. For skin I used Bronx colors studioline magic foundation primer and studioline HD foundation. To warm up the face I used my W7 bronzing base, and a Tarte blush in icon. Highlight is Wet n Wild precious petals. For lips I used Bronx colors matte lip tint in 09 pale beige. I prefer to dab the tint on with my finger to give a light layer and just a wash of colour. Even though the eyes are bold, the skin is nice and fresh looking so it helps balance the look out for day time glam.
Lastly I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that has supported, encouraged and inspired me to keep going- I write for you guys!
